For shopping centers, an internet site is one of the most important communication tools. CCS’s website, created in 2006, became more outdated each passing year and was filled with inaccurate information about the center and its tenants. As a result of these deficiencies, visitor traffic to the site was minimal, and the management team did not have an effective way to communicate to CCS’ customers about upcoming events, promotions and tenant news.
Knowing the importance that a website has to a shopping center, the AIG White Star Partners team drew upon its experience and worked extensively with a web designer to create a new, effective CCS website.
The new website was created with software which allows for it to be easily updated by the management team, including new tenants, promotions and upcoming special events at CCS. The previous CCS website received an average of 5,000 to 6,000 visitors per month. After the redesign, the website received more than 15,000 visits in its first month – a threefold increase in the center’s online visibility.
