Challenge

Due to the new regulations in 2015 retail centers were closed on Sundays. The aim was to keep the visitor numbers of the retail park, the turnover of the Tenants and the income of the Landlord, too.

Solution

Reorganization of the services and effective communication. Website, Facebook and several marketing tools were used and we reorganized all services (transport, security, cleaning, on-site staff, radio service and all marketing activities).

Results

Although the retail center was closed on Sundays in 2015 and the beginning of 2016 the visitor number increased by 9-10% per year continuously from 2013. The turnover of the Tenants also increased continuously and significantly every year.
