Challenge

Late on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend, extreme rains submerged parts of the city and flooded the ground floor office space and server room of one of our tenants. As a result, the tenant, a provider of high-speed Internet services, was unable to conduct business.

Solution

Our property management team worked swiftly with the support of telecom specialists and construction contractors to create an emergency office space in an area of the property unaffected by the water.

Within 24 hours, we had the tenant operating again because of our creative problem solving and strong working relationships with a variety of vendors and subcontractors.
