Located in the Bydgoszcz area, this built-to-suit (BTS) facility is one of the largest and most technologically advanced warehouse and logistics complexes in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. With a total GLA exceeding 103,000 sqm, the project combines a highly automated fulfillment center with full-scale logistics space and extensive office and staff facilities, supporting the daily operations of large on-site teams. The complex was designed to handle high e-commerce volumes. The facility is equipped with advanced automation systems, picking robots, intelligent sorting solutions and analytical tools, enabling efficient inbound handling, storage, order picking and outbound distribution. As a result, the property serves as a key distribution hub for one of the largest apparel manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe.

The building has achieved BREEAM Excellent certification, confirming its high environmental performance, energy efficiency and sustainable operational standards. Its location in Bydgoszcz County, in close proximity to major national roads and key transport corridors linking northern Poland with the central and western regions, gives the asset strong strategic logistics significance. Direct access to road infrastructure enables efficient domestic and international distribution, while the modern internal circulation layout supports smooth warehouse operations. The facility became fully operational in 2024 and represents one of the region’s most important elements of modern logistics infrastructure.
