Elite Logistics Mszczonow is a modern distribution complex built in accordance with the A-class standards, located southwest of Warsaw, in the dynamically developing logistics area of Mszczonów, by the S8 Warsaw – Katowice express road. The complex consists of 6 buildings with a total area of approx. 215,852 sq. m, that can be adapted to both logistics and light production.
In 2021 Elite Logistics Mszczonow building DC6 received a BREEAM rating of Excellent in both the Building Management and Asset Performance categories – the only warehouse building in Poland to receive such a rating in both categories. Buildings DC1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 also received “VERY GOOD” ratings in both categories.
