Technical Property Manager

Prague

We are looking for a new team member with knowledge of building technologies, especially office buildings, who can also handle reporting. Someone who communicates proactively and professionally with both building owners and tenants, and who will enjoy being part of a friendly team with an open and positive company culture.

 

What you can expect:

 

-Ensuring the day-to-day operation and technical functioning of buildings – from coordinating maintenance to overseeing the smooth delivery of all services

 

-Coordination and supervision of external contractors (cleaning, security, landscaping, technical services) and handling any complaints or claims

 

-Regular monitoring of the technical condition of properties and proposing maintenance actions or technical improvements

 

-Administrative support including documentation management – tenders, invoicing, service records

 

-Responsibility for preparing operating and investment budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and ongoing monitoring of budget spending

 

-Cooperation in lease agreements – preparation and management of handover protocols, handling tenant requests

 

-Communication with tenants and the building owner – technical support, handling operational queries, reporting

 

-Close cooperation with experienced senior property managers and other internal departments

 

What we expect from you:

 

-Secondary school or university education in a technical field

 

-Knowledge of building services (MEP / building systems)

 

-At least 2 years of experience in property or facility management

 

-Proficiency in MS Office

 

-Good level of English – you will use it daily

 

-Valid Category B driving licence

 

-Excellent organizational and communication skills

 

-Responsibility, reliability, and a strong focus on quality

Senior Project/Construction Manager

Prague

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a key role in managing construction projects from initial concept through to successful completion. You will act as a trusted partner for investors, property owners, and internal teams, with the opportunity to actively influence the shape and delivery of our projects.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

-Full management of assigned construction projects through project and construction management services

-Coordination of the construction and refurbishment of modern logistics, industrial, and office facilities

-Responsibility for project delivery from concept and planning through execution to final handover to the client

-Collaboration with internal teams on budgeting, technical solutions, and planning of individual project phases

-Active management of project costs, schedules, quality standards, and risk identification

-Regular reporting to company management and participation in strategic decision-making

-Communication with investors, property owners, clients, and public authorities

-Preparation and review of contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with project documentation and construction procedures

-Managing tender processes and coordinating contractors, designers, and engineering consultants

 

Who are we looking for?
