You will be responsible for:

• management of newly acquired project in Cluj
• day-to-day management of operations
• lease management of existing offices and new development
• co-ordination of sales team for residential project
• analysis made for the project
• assistance in predevelopment and development activities
• reporting directly to Country Manager

The ideal candidate should have:

• high command of English, will be actively used at work place, both written and spoken
• minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management of real estate properties (including portfolios)
• ability to lead a team
• attention to details
• responsibility and organizational skills
• job is based in Cluj
