Junior Office Manager - part-time
Prague
We are looking for a careful and reliable addition to our Prague office on a part-time basis to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and handle administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for students or mothers who are looking for stable working hours, a pleasant working environment, and long-term cooperation.
What you will be responsible for:
Administration & internal agenda
-Managing mobile phones, SIM/eSIM cards, Multisport cards, and company English lessons
-Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and posting letters at the post office
-Arranging office supplies and light refreshments for meetings
Office management & reception
-Welcoming visitors and communicating with suppliers and couriers
-Checking and preparing meeting rooms after meetings
Document management and archiving
-Scanning documents and storing them systematically
-Managing digital documentation (sorting, naming, filing)
Project support
-Assisting with the handover of new project and technical documentation
-Checking documents according to a checklist
-Creating and maintaining a database of projects and contracts

We Are Looking for an Experienced Senior Accountant
Become a key pillar of the finance team and work on managing top-tier real estate projects with a European reach.
Our international company manages nearly 2.5 million m² of modern office space. We are now looking for an experienced professional who enjoys working with numbers, takes responsibility, and has the drive to move things forward. If statutory accounting is close to your heart and you would like to be involved in prestigious projects, this opportunity is for you.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
-Complete management of statutory accounting for assigned projects
-Preparation of VAT returns, VAT control statements, and tax agenda
-Quarterly and annual financial closings, including accruals and review of accounting entries
-Collaboration on statutory reporting and annual financial statements
-Communication with auditors and tax advisors
-Regular reporting abroad (an advantage)
-Close cooperation with other members of the finance team
What Do We Expect From You?
Professional Knowledge and Experience:
-Min. 3 years of experience in a similar accounting position
-Very good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and Czech Accounting Standards (CAS)
-Good understanding of Czech tax legislation
-Experience with accounting in Real Estate is an advantage
-Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
-Experience with statutory reporting; international reporting is an advantage
Language Skills:
-English at a communicative level (we work internationally)

Property Financial Analyst
Prague
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in the role of Financial Analyst (Property Management), who will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative processes related to our premium office properties. If you are looking for meaningful and stable work in an international environment where you have room to grow, learn new things, and use technology to simplify your work, we will be happy to welcome you!
Your responsibilities:
-Preparation and review of annual budgets for specific properties
-Control of revenues – invoicing of rent, service charges, and re-invoicing
-Active management of overdue receivables
-Review of incoming and outgoing invoices
-Preparation of annual operating cost reconciliations
-Monitoring income and expenses, cash flow calculations, and bank account reconciliations
-Preparation of financial sections of property/asset management reports and compilation of monthly reports
-Cooperation on contracts – preparation and processing of lease agreements, amendments, and contractual documentation
-Financial support for the leasing department
-Monitoring compliance with contractual terms (lease, service, and potentially loan agreements)
-Support in loan management – both bank and intercompany loans, including reporting
-Communication with owners, tenants, banks, and lawyers
-Cooperation with accounting, leasing, and property management departments to ensure smooth property operations
What skills we are looking for:
-University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
-At least 2 years of experience in finance, reporting, or analysis
-Advantage: experience in the real estate sector
-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, multi-criteria functions)
-Excellent command of Czech; English at a communicative level (used daily)
-Strong communication skills, systematic and analytical thinking
-Reliability, attention to detail, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
-Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with an interest in AI and automation
-Team player with an open mind and a willingness to learn
