White Star Real Estate, based in Warsaw (Powiśle, walking distance from Centrum Nauki Kopernik metro station), is looking for a new member of the Residential Team: (Junior) Analyst. Residential Team Description: A young, dynamic team that likes working under deal-related time constraints and the complexity of business processes. We are working on: - Development and execution of Group strategy within the Residential real estate sector - Identifying, sourcing, and executing development projects in the Residential for-sale and for-rent sectors - M&A and operating support (analysis of, i.a., processes, profitability, and strategy) for the WSRE operating companies from the Residential management sector - Day-to-day operational support for Managing Directors within the WSRE Residential Group companies - Supervised by the WSRE Senior Management

You will be responsible for:
- Provide support to senior team members
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Market research
- Post investment monitoring of companies/project performance
- Periodic review reports of existing portfolio companies/projects
- Analyze new investment prospects and assist in the acquisition process
- Create corporate presentations
- Support strategic reviews for specific portfolio companies/projects to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in investment analysis and real estate is not essential, but the experience gained in investment banking, private equity, VC, or real estate is advantageous
- An intelligent and dynamic personality with strong analytical skills
- Highly motivated
- Business-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop within the real estate world
- Preference to work on many projects at the same time
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Excellent English
