You will be responsible for:

• The Team runs the process of the acquisition of the new Projects /Assets (Land, Property portfolios) in WSRE - from the initial review of investments to completion of the acquisition documents.
• The role is across the CE markets (Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania), based at the WSRE head office in Warsaw and working with the WSRE teams in-country
• We compile and create financial models, investment memos, investment teasers and review transaction documentation.
• During the acquisition process, we provide information for the investors (private equity and pension funds) and sellers.
• We are responsible for the coordination of the due diligence and acquisition process with external advisors (legal, finance, tax, technical).
• After the acquisition, we are run or support the process of sourcing loans, and budgeting for the new projects
• For the disposal of Projects, we are involved in the analysis and sale preparation

The ideal candidate should have:

• An intelligent and dynamic personality with strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated
• Business-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop within the real estate world
• Preference to work on many projects at the same time
• Outstanding Excel capability
• Experience in investment analysis and real estate is not essential, but experience gained in corporate finance, consulting, private equity or the corporate world is advantageous
