You will be responsible for:

The ideal candidate should have:

• One-three years of experience in independent management of office or industrial properties;
• Good knowledge of the commercial real estate market;
• Experience of dealing with a range of people including site staff, suppliers and customers;
• Managing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling;
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills;
• Ability to learn and help senior managers through both face-to-face, telephone and written
• Demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and promote a sense of team spirit within the office;
